This is not an event rental. This is a thoughtfully curated experience, built for your celebration and inspired by the traditions of fine hospitality. Think Bridal shower, Birthday party, Garden Party, Baby shower or other special occasion. Creating meaningful gatherings through timeless hospitality is what brings me joy. 

Darcy's Tea Circle creates elegant themed afternoon tea experiences throughout Ontario for birthdays, bridal showers, retirement celebrations, corporate gatherings, and private events. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, every experience features premium loose leaf teas, handcrafted menus, beautiful tablescapes, and thoughtful details that create unforgettable memories.

The Intimate Circle

For birthdays, bridal showers, and close friend gatherings

$110 per guest - minimum of 6 guests ($660 minimum booking)

• One of our signature seasonal or mystery-inspired themes (no custom design)
• Full tea service, treats, and light etiquette guidance
• Our styling and decor touch, brought to your space
• A 2-hour gathering, just for your circle

The Signature Party

For larger celebrations, milestone birthdays, and team gatherings

$95 per guest - minimum 12 - 20 guests ($1,140 minimum booking)

Everything in the Intimate circle, plus: Your choice of any past theme, or light customization - colour palette, name cards, small personal touches - An extended 2.5-hour experience - Printed menu cards for every guest. 

The Bespoke Circle

Book a private tea party. For weddings, milestone anniversaries, corporate partnerships and fully custom occasions

Starting at $1,800 - custom quote based on scope. 10-25 guests

Everything in The Signature Party, plus: A fully custom theme, designed around your occasion - Custom menu development - Extended styling and decor - A dedicated planning consultation with Darcelle

How It Works

1. Send your inquiry - tell us your date, guest count, and vision
2. We'll follow up within a business day with availability and next steps
3. A 50% initial payment secures your date
4. The circle gathers - we handle the details, you enjoy the moment

A 50% initial payment is required to hold your date. Final headcount and balances are due 7 days before your event. No exceptions. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit full payment.

Dates held on a first-payment-received basis, not first inquiry.  

A note on our menus: Our afternoon tea menus are built around eggs and dairy in all preparations. We're unable to accommodate vegan or vegetarian requests. Gluten-free accommodations are available with advance notice — just let us know when you inquire.
