This is not an event rental. This is a curated experience, built for your celebration. Think Bridal shower, Birthday party, Garden Party, Baby shower or other special occassion. 

The Intimate Circle

For birthdays, bridal showers, and close friend gatherings

$110 per guest - minimum of 6 - 10 guests ($660 minimum booking)

• One of our signature seasonal or mystery-inspired themes (no custom design)
• Full tea service, treats, and light etiquette guidance
• Our styling and decor touch, brought to your space
• A 2-hour gathering, just for your circle

The Signature Party

For larger celebrations, milestone birthdays, and team gatherings

$95 per guest - minimum 12 - 20 guests ($1,140 minimum booking)

Everything in the Intimate circle, plus: Your choice of any past theme, or light customization - colour palette, name cards, small personal touches - An extended 2.5-hour experience - Printed menu cards for every guest. 

The Bespoke Circle

Book a private tea party. For weddings, milestone anniversaries, corporate partnerships and fully custom occassions

Starting at $1,800 - custom quote based on scope. 10-25 guests

Everything in The Signature Party, plus: A fully custom theme, designed around your occassion - Custom menu development - Extended styling and decor - A dedicated planning consultation with Darcelle

How It Works

1. Send your inquiry - tell us your date, guest count, and vision
2. We'll follow up with a business day with availability and next steps
3. A 50% initial payment secures your date
4. The circle gathers - we handle the details, you enjoy the moment

A 50% initial payment is required to hold your date. Final headcount and balances are due 7 days before your event. No exceptions. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit full payment.
